The 60-Minute Morning Rhythm We Prescribe To Everyone

How you spend the first hour of the day sets your energy, digestion and cravings for the next sixteen. Here is the simple routine we give almost every client.

The routine

  • 0–5 min: Wake at the same time, drink 1–2 glasses of lukewarm water
  • 5–15 min: Step into sunlight — balcony, terrace or a short walk
  • 15–40 min: Move — yoga, brisk walk or light strength exercises
  • 40–50 min: Breathwork or 5 minutes of gratitude and quiet
  • 50–60 min: A protein-first breakfast

Why it works

Morning light sets your body clock, improving sleep at night. Water and movement wake up the bowels. A protein breakfast keeps sugar stable and reduces evening cravings. Breathwork lowers stress before the day begins.

Breakfast ideas

  • Moong dal chilla with mint chutney
  • Vegetable poha with peanuts and curd
  • Paneer bhurji with multigrain roti
  • Overnight oats with seeds and fruit

Key takeaway

One calm, consistent morning hour changes the whole day.
